- Your
satisfaction is important to us. We take great pride
in our reputation for service, quality and excellent
value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with
a purchase, please call, fax or email us.
- If, due to exceptional demand or manufacturers availability,
any items are temporarily out of stock, they will
be shipped to you as soon as possible. Items ordered
together are not necessarily shipped together.
- All
orders will contain a packing slip that will reflect
what is included in shipment and will note any items
that were not in stock and have been backordered.

assistance on custom orders. Kelly Promotions offers
a wide variety quality promotional products and
services to choose from.
- We
accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit
cards. These cards must be payable in U.S. dollars.
- For
orders placed at the web site only, you will receive
an order acknowledgment by e-mail soon after receipt
of your on-line order.
- Orders
can be taken by phone: In U.S. call 800-535-1395;
Outside the U.S. call 952-888-1000. Orders will
be accepted between 9:00 - 4:00 CST.
- Orders
will be billed for merchandise, shipping charges,
and a $3.75 handling charge per order.
